I accidentally installed a bunch of adware and browser hijacker after installing a piece of new software from insecure website. As I dealt with some threats before so I was able to remove almost everything permanently except for the Coolsearch.Info browser hijacker. It has changed the default settings of Chrome and Firefox. My removal tool could not detect this malware on system because it said this threat was removed successfully at the first time, but it usually came back. Does anyone know how to fully delete it and avoid it coming back? All help will be greatly appreciated. Continue reading
I have a slight problem with Firefox. It is not the issue about the browser itself as it can normally open. The problem is that the homepage of it is not the default one which is set to Google. Instead, search.queryrouter.com appears as homepage. I do not know how I get this, but it redirects me even when I am not searching. I click on ant new tab, I will get new redirection to other pages. This is very annoying. I use antivirus but it does not solve this problem. I do not know if this malware sends my information to a sketchy website in the background or if it is just a redirector that works in the code of browser. Continue reading

I got am issue crop up where whenever I would try to open a new tab or access a link in Google Chrome on my computer, I would get redirected to All-czech.com/search. This might be a malware or adware type website. When a new window was opened, it always started with this website first, then redirecting to other pop up displaying ads. There would be no way to go back and access the page I wanted or be able to use Google search for anything. As long as the browser was opened, it redirected to this website and the only option was to close down Chrome and try again only to get same thing happen again. I had tried clearing history and cookies and rested settings. No luck.

My mom said that she had no idea how did this software get installed. Maybe it came along with the flash player she updated days ago. However, I did not trust this software because I did not know it before. Right now I really want to remove it from computer but I just found it can not be removed completely as it always left some files or registry. I though there much be some hidden files on computer. How can I completely clean them? Thanks. Continue reading
Okay, this is just a question about browser hijacker or redirect virus kind of thing. So recently I have been seeing some pop up ads under the search engine which is changed to Funnysearching.com. And there are some ads appearing above search result, when I hover over them, it shows a random thing. Moreover, there are some blue underlines around search results and when I try clicking on them, I randomly got taken to other websites. This is not only one problem I’ve seen. Random ads have been popping up in the bottom right of my screen, and at other times take me to super random websites that I don’t even know about. Has anyone experienced this before? How do I stop this? Is there a way? I feel like I’m being hacked by virus.
How can I remove Findingresult.com virus? For the past weeks my search engine was changed to some spam websites. The search results would been redirecting to spam websites that contain pop up ads, online sales and services that I did not want. It happened no matter what I searched. I ran the antivirus on computer but it could not detect this virus but other potential risks only. Since then I’ve had several virus removal technicians work for hours on end trying to find the redirecting virus but no one can find it. I could not use the computer for anything because the feat that the virus might steal my passwords or personal data. What should I do?
