Step1. Uninstall programs that may bring

Windows XP   Click on Start button and go to Control Panel, double click on Add/Remove Programs and then uninstall the program which was installed recently that may be responsible for the issue by clicking on Remove button.

Click on Tools or the IE menu button and then select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
