Step one. Uninstall program from control panel

Yessearches.com program will be added on control panel after its installation is done. Usually, this threat does not only makes its related program be installed but also introduce other programs to computer.

Open control panel:

Windows XP:

Move mouse to lower-left corner of desktop, click start icon, then we will get a quick access menu.

From lower-left corner of desktop, click windows icon, then select control panel when we get the quick list.

then click uninstall a program option under program category.

Press both windows key and X key from keyboard, the select the pop up menu

From the opening window, check for Search.snapdo.com programs and select them for removing.

Windows 10

Press Windows+X or right-tap the lower-left corner, then we will get a quick access menu, select control panel option from list. Then find malicious programs and remove them.

Check all programs, find the related one named Yessearches.com.

Step two. Restart computer

As all malicious programs are uninstalled from system, restart computer to load system again.

Step three. Clear infected web browser

* Change Chrome settings

Run Google Chrome and go to start up page, click the main menu icon at the to right corner, select “settings” option from drop-down list.

When we get the start up setting window, check settings if it is changed to unwanted link.

Go to Chrome search engine page, check if some unneeded search providers are added to the list.

* Reset Firefox browsing settings

Open Firefox, go to the top right corner from start up page, click main icon to open options menu, then select “options”

Go to options page, check homepage setting. If it is changed to other links, remove it completely.

Finally, click “OK” to save the changes

Step four. Remove registry entries

 

Open registry editor: click windows or start icon at the lower left corner, then put “regedit” into search bar. Select “regedit” we get from result.

Then we will get a control window saying that whether we allow this program make change to our computer, click “yes” to access registry editor.

When we access registry editor, click “edit” and then select “find”. Put Yessearches.com into search bar and click “find next” to search related values and folders

As the malicious folders named Yessearches.com or anything related are found, remove them completely one by one

Select the results we get, then press “delete” key on keyboard. Click “yes” to confirm.
