Step 3: Restore settings of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

Click the Tools menu and then click Internet options.


Click the Advanced tab, and then click the Reset button.


Check the box labeled Delete personal settings, and then click Reset.


When Internet Explorer finishes resetting browser settings, please click Close and then click OK.

In the open window, find and click Reset Firefox.


When a confirmation dialog box appears, click on the Refresh Firefox button.

When the resetting is done, a window will list the information that was imported. Click Finish and Firefox will open.

Google Chrome

Click the Chrome menu (3-bar icon) and select Settings.


When a page opens, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on Show advanced settings…


Scroll to the bottom of the page again, and click on Reset settings button.


When a dialog box appears, click on Reset button.
